We are happy to provide you with further information about possibilities for your accommodation in Berlin.
We have rooms blocked exclusively for ICIC participants in different locations. The majority of the rooms is blocked from 22 -26 June, however, in case you would like to arrive a little earlier in Berlin, we also have some rooms available from 20 and 21 June onwards.
We would like to highlight that ICIC participants are encouraged to book their stay at their earliest convenience due to high demand for accommodation in the concerned time period. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
ParkInn Alexanderplatz
10 min by train to the venue (Adlon). Alexanderplatz 7, 10178 Berlin
55 rooms have been blocked exclusively for ICIC participants until 04 April 2025. After this date, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The rate is 134 EUR per night (single room) or 164 EUR (double room), excl. city tax. Breakfast is included.

B&B Hotel Berlin Mitte
15 min walk to the venue (Adlon), 10 min by train. Albrechtstraße 25, 10117 Berlin
55 rooms have been blocked exclusively for ICIC participants until 20 Mai 2025. After this date, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The rate is 176.70 EUR per night, incl. breakfast and city tax.

Hotel Adlon Kempinski
Conference venue, Unter den Linden 77, 10117 Berlin
20 rooms have been blocked exclusively for ICIC participants until 23 April 2025. After this date, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The rate is 440 EUR per night incl. taxes, breakfast and access to the Adlon Pool & Health Club.
