If you are travelling by air:

1. At Köln/Bonn airport, take the SB60 express bus and get off at the Innenministerium (First bus stop if you come from the airport)
2. From there, walk that direction for about 300 m until you reach the crossroads where traffic is regulated by traffic lights, after having crossed that road, you will reach the Husarenstraße
3. After having walked around 150 meters, you will find the office on the right

If you are travelling by rail:

1. Go to the street car station in front of the railway station Bonn-Hauptbahnhof and take the street car number 61 bound for AUERBERG, get off at the stop Husarenstraße
2. From that street car stop, walk about 20 metres in the opposite direction, then, you will find the Husarenstraße on the left
3. If you walk about 150 meters, you will find the office building on the right

If you are travelling by car, coming from the north on the A 3 motorway:

1. Head south on the A 3 motorway until you reach junction HEUMAR, join the A 59 and follow signs to FLUGHAFEN / BONN
2. Follow the A 59 to KOBLENZ / BONN, turn off at exit BONN-BEUEL
3. Join the A 565 motorway to KOBLENZ / BONN
4. Follow the A 565 motorway, turn off at the second exit and follow signs to BONN - AUERBERG
5. Stay in the left-hand lane and turn left into Graurheindorfer Straße
6. Follow this road about 300 m until you get to the next traffic lights (street car stop "Husarenstraße")
7. Turn left into the Husarenstraße and go about 100 m
8. On the right, you will find the entrance to the BfDI

If you are travelling by car, coming from the south on the A 3 motorway:

1. Head north on the A 3 motorway until you reach junction BONN - SIEGBURG, join the A 565 motorway and follow signs to SANKT AUGUSTIN/BONN-BEUEL
2. At junction BONN-BEUEL stay on the A 565 motorway to BONN
3. Take the second exit to BONN-AUERBERG
4. Stay in the left-hand lane and turn left into Graurheindorfer Straße
5. Follow this road about 300 m, until you get to the next traffic lights (street car stop "Husarenstraße")
6. Turn left into the Husarenstraße and go about 100 m
7. On the right, you will find the entrance to the BfDI

If you are coming from the west or from the south-east on the A 61 motor way:

1. If you are coming from the west or from the south on the A 61 motorway, follow that route and turn off at junction MECKENHEIM
2. Join the A 565 motorway to BONN
3. Follow the A 565 motorway and turn off at exit BONN-AUERBERG
4. Stay in the right-hand lane and turn right into Graurheindorfer Straße
5. Follow this road about 300 m, until you get to the next traffic lights (street car stop "Husarenstraße")
6. Turn left into the Husarenstraße and go about 100 m
7. On the right, you will find the entrance to the BfDI
