In order to find in an easy and reliable way the right partner in all privacy related issues we have compiled here below a list of all those links and addresses of the competent data protection authorities which might be useful:
- The data protection commissioner of each “land” is your interlocutor if you are dealing with privacy issues in the administrations of the respective “land” or one of its municipalities.
- Please refer to the supervisory authority of the so-called non-public sector in cases where private economic entities (enterprises, associations and self-employed) apart from telecommunications and postal services are involved.
- Information requests and complaints in the sphere of radio stations under public law may be referred to the respective data protection officer. However, in the “Länder” of Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen and Hesse the respective “land” data protection commissioner is also competent for the administrative body of such radio stations under public law.
